Our Story

The Mollen Foundation was co-founded by Dr. Art and Paige Mollen to address the decline of physical education and recess in Arizona public schools. Since 2008, the foundation has launched impactful fitness and nutrition education programs in schools and community centers, empowering students to advocate for healthier food options and engage in growing and cooking their own food.

Through its programs, the Mollen Foundation has significantly improved critical thinking, increased attendance, and reduced behavioral referrals among students, while promoting healthier eating habits and physical activity.
