Our Story
Founded in 1987 by Joan Fischer Wealti, Mobility Training and Independent Living Program Inc (MTILP) began as a provider of Occupational Therapy Services. Despite challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, MTILP remains committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities through comprehensive support.
