The Misty Carol Project was founded in loving memory of Misty Carol Levingston, who was born with Down syndrome and heart issues. After multiple surgeries, she passed away at the age of three. Inspired by Misty's story and his wife's work with special needs children, Mike Levingston established this organization to support families facing similar challenges.
