The Missouri Association of State Troopers Emergency Relief Society, known as The MASTERS, was founded in 1979 by Colonel Al Lubker and dedicated individuals to provide financial aid to families of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. Over the years, The MASTERS has grown from 261 members to over 1,600, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to supporting the families of these heroes.
The MASTERS offers immediate financial assistance to surviving family members of law enforcement officers who die in the line of duty, helping with funeral expenses, mortgage payments, and scholarships for dependent children.
