Our Story

The Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center Foundation was born from the vision of local Lutheran congregations and community leaders in 1962, addressing the growing need for healthcare services. Officially incorporated as a non-profit organization, it opened its doors in 1967, providing long-term care, assisted living, and therapy services to the residents of Bismarck, ND, and surrounding areas.
