Our Story

The vision for Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center emerged from the dedication of local Lutheran congregations and community leaders who recognized the urgent need for healthcare services. Established in 1962 and opening its doors in 1967, this nonprofit organization has been committed to delivering exceptional long-term care, assisted living, home and community-based care, and therapy services to the residents of Bismarck, ND, and surrounding areas.

Impact

Missouri Slope proudly serves over 250 individuals, making it the largest nursing facility across six states. With a remarkable tenant satisfaction rate, the center has successfully rehabilitated a significant number of residents back to their homes in the past year.
