Mississippi Park Connection

Our Story

Mississippi Park Connection began as the local fund of the National Park Foundation, originally known as the Mississippi River Fund. In 2007, it became the official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area. Since then, over $6 million has been contributed to the National Park Service and its partners, enhancing the health of the Mississippi River and the surrounding community.
