Addressing The Needs Of Neglected Immigrant Populations

Our Story

Missionary Gospel Fellowship was founded in 1939 by Paul J. Pietsch, a former Federal Probation Officer, who recognized the urgent need to bring the message of Jesus Christ to migrant farm laborers in California. Starting with Gospel teams from Calvary Church in Santa Ana, Pietsch dedicated his life to serving these communities, moving his family to various locations to expand outreach efforts. In 1942, MGF was officially incorporated, establishing a structured mission to serve diverse populations, including Hispanics, Asians, West Indians, Native Americans, and other marginalized groups.

Impact

Since its inception, MGF has focused on reaching and discipling lost souls, adapting its ministries to meet the evolving needs of immigrant populations across North America. The mission continues to thrive, driven by a commitment to evangelism and discipleship.
