Founded in 2014, this nonprofit organization was born from a heartfelt journey of love, hope, and resilience. The story begins with Tony Davis, a devoted father of three boys, whose youngest son, Joshua, was born with significant health challenges. Diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy, Cortical Vision Impairment, Epilepsy, and Gut Motility Disorder, Joshua's early life was filled with uncertainty and fear.

However, a life-changing call from local fisherman RJ Boyle opened a new chapter for Joshua and his family. RJ, inspired by his own experiences and a desire to give back, invited Joshua and his family on a fishing trip. This moment not only brought joy to Joshua but also allowed the entire family to bond over a shared love for the water. Since that first trip, Mission Fishin has taken hundreds of families on similar excursions, providing them with the opportunity to create lasting memories together.
