In 2003, inspired by a Miracle League in Georgia, Michael Miller founded the Miracle League of San Antonio to create a safe space for children with disabilities to play baseball. With the support of friends and generous donations, over $1,000,000 was raised to build a fully-equipped complex, including a specially designed field for children with mental and physical challenges.
