Our Story

In 2018, a transformative retreat brought together a diverse group of doulas and midwives of color, many of whom identify as femme or non-binary, Black, and Indigenous. This gathering at the former residence of Horst Rechelbacher fostered unexpected connections and a deep sense of community among healers. Together, they created a space for healing, learning, and mutual support, allowing each other to grieve, celebrate, and grow.
