Our Story

Minnesota Disability Support Alternatives was founded in February 2018 by Sarah Biddlecome, Sarah DeMers, and Misha Liang, who recognized the urgent need for community organization and support for individuals with disabilities. Drawing from their personal experiences, they aimed to create a platform that addresses the unique challenges faced by disabled individuals and their families, focusing on alternative supports and resources.

Our Impact

MNDSA has made significant strides in providing low or no-cost person-centered support planning for Medicaid waiver recipients. The organization actively engages with economically and culturally marginalized populations, promoting community integration from a grassroots perspective.
