In 2023, Ministry Leader Network... ~Provided a growth pathway for 40 leaders who graduated from a WIML Cohort 7-month intensive in February 2023. ~Began a growth pathway for 74 leaders that began a WIML Cohort 7-month intensive in August 2023. ~Hosted an epic gathering of over 500 women in Los Angeles, CA, to celebrate the centennial of the Foursquare Church and its founder, Amy Semple McPherson. Also, 200+ women leaders gathered for a Leadership Gala at the same location! ~Ministry Leader Network is in its founding year and has established financial strategies, accountability processes, a board of directors, and founding missional values. ~Volunteer lead team members in missional and administrative areas were identified and empowered. ~Two primary partnerships were established in 2023. 1.
