Our Story

MindLeaps, originally founded as the Rebecca Davis Dance Company in 2005, has transformed its mission to focus on improving the lives of at-risk youth in developing countries. Since 2010, the organization has utilized the power of dance to enhance educational outcomes for vulnerable children in Rwanda, Guinea, and Uganda.

Impact

With over 1,500 youth served, MindLeaps provides dance classes that foster critical cognitive and social-emotional skills essential for academic and professional success. The introduction of a Virtual Academy during the COVID-19 pandemic has ensured continued education, teaching vital skills like entrepreneurship and communication.
