Milo Foundation

Our Story

Founded in August 1994 by Lynne Tingle, The Milo Foundation was inspired by her experience with her deaf and blind Australian Shepherd, Milo. This organization is dedicated to rescuing adoptable dogs and cats from high-kill shelters, rehabilitating them, and finding them loving homes.

Impact

Each year, The Milo Foundation rescues and adopts out approximately 1,800 dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens, providing a second chance for homeless pets and significantly reducing the number of animals facing euthanasia in overcrowded shelters.
