Our Story

Milestones Behavioral Services, originally founded as the Connecticut Center for Child Development, emerged from the heartfelt journey of the Letsos family. After their son Tyler was diagnosed with autism, they implemented Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques at home, witnessing remarkable improvements in his communication skills. In 1995, they established the Connecticut Center for Child Development to address the lack of available services. In 2017, the organization rebranded as Milestones Behavioral Services to reflect its expanded mission, now serving individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across multiple campuses in Connecticut.
