Founded in 2002 by Lynda Paul, Illinois HoopStars began as a way to help her sons gain collegiate exposure in basketball. After a successful start, the program was revitalized in 2018 by her son Cliff Paul and Dalé Omotoyinbo, who share a passion for youth development through sports.
The mission of Illinois HoopStars is to develop youth athletes, equipping them with essential life skills and competitive experiences that foster personal growth and leadership.
