Founded in 1986 by five Midtown congregations and the Midtown Alliance, Midtown Assistance Center (MAC) was established to provide essential support to the working poor facing temporary financial crises. Located at 613 Spring Street, MAC has grown to include the support of eleven congregations, local businesses, foundations, and dedicated volunteers, all committed to making a difference in the community.
