Middle Georgia Justice

Our Story

Middle Georgia Justice was established on October 16, 2017, to address the pressing need for legal assistance among low-income individuals in Middle Georgia. Initially a fiscal sponsor under the Community Foundation of Central Georgia, it achieved IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status on May 2, 2018. The organization opened its doors on June 1, 2018, with a dedicated team of an office manager and three incubator lawyers, and has since expanded its services through collaborations with local law schools and community organizations.
