Founded in 2002, MidAtlantic Horse Rescue is dedicated to saving thoroughbreds from slaughter after their racing careers. With a passionate team of lifelong horsewomen, Beverly Strauss and Ginny Suarez, the organization has successfully transitioned over 2600 horses into loving homes.
