Established in 2011, the Mid Rogue Foundation has been a catalyst for change in Josephine and Curry counties. With a significant grant from the USDA’s Rural Health Information Technology Network Development Program, the Foundation initially focused on improving health care through the adoption of Health Information Technology. Today, it has rebranded to address the Social Determinants of Health, creating impactful partnerships to enhance housing and community well-being.
The Mid Rogue Foundation has successfully facilitated the development of Foundry Village, the Grants Pass area's first transitional housing project. Additionally, it has established a housing repair and rehabilitation program, primarily funded by Community Development Block Grants, to support local residents in need.
