Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) has been dedicated to improving the lives of those impacted by sexual abuse and assault since 1975. Evolving from a coalition of professionals, MOCSA now offers a comprehensive service model recognized for its innovative programs and quality services in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
