Transforming Metcalfe Park

In 2012, five dedicated residents of Metcalfe Park came together to form the Metcalfe Park Community Action Team (MPCAT). This grassroots initiative aimed to enhance resident engagement and improve the neighborhood through collaboration with local and citywide partners. The community's efforts were recognized when Metcalfe Park was selected for the Building Neighborhood Capacity Program (BNCP), which provided essential resources for resident-driven revitalization.
