Our Story

The Mesothelioma Research Foundation of America was established in 2001 to fund critical research aimed at finding a cure for mesothelioma, a devastating cancer caused by asbestos exposure. The Foundation has played a pivotal role in supporting the Mesothelioma Laboratory at the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, led by Dr. Parkash Gill, and has been instrumental in funding clinical trials for innovative treatments like Veglin.

Impact

With over $55,000 raised through various fundraising events, the Foundation has significantly contributed to the development of new treatment options and FDA-approved clinical trials.
