Our Story
The Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership was founded in 1986 by The Ethnic Covenant, initially focusing on housing development for low and moderate-income earners. In 1991, the organization pivoted to homeownership education, launching Project Genesis, a comprehensive series of homebuyer training seminars. This program has empowered over 20,000 families, offered in English, Spanish, and Khmer.
