About Meissner Nordic Ski Club

Founded in 1996, the Meissner Nordic Ski Club has grown from a small group of elite skiers into a thriving community hub for cross-country skiing in Central Oregon. The club, originally known as the Tumalo Langlauf Club, was rebranded in 2011 to better reflect its mission and community focus.

Impact of the Club

With a ski trail system expanded to 47 km and increased grooming frequency, Meissner Nordic has become a vital resource for local skiers. The club also supports community events and has contributed $3,000 to Deschutes County Search And Rescue.
