Our Story

In the fall of 2017, a group of fifteen African-American leaders from the Medical Device industry gathered in San Jose, California. They shared their experiences navigating the complexities of the industry as ethnic minorities and discussed strategies to empower diverse patients and leaders in medtech. This collaboration led to the formation of MedTech Color, an organization dedicated to increasing diversity in the medical technology sector.
