Medha Corporation began its journey a decade ago, impacting the lives of youth in India. Starting with 150 students in Lucknow, it has expanded its reach to five districts, partnering with the Uttar Pradesh Government to create equal career opportunities for youth, regardless of gender, class, or caste.

With a mission to empower youth, Medha has successfully trained over 142,000 individuals, helping them enter non-traditional professions and start businesses. The organization aims to impact one million youth in the next five years.
