Named in honor of the esteemed Pastor Charles McGowan, MGI partners with local and global churches to provide comprehensive support and services. This mission is deeply personal, as MGI believes in empowering disciple-makers to fulfill their calling. By working alongside churches, MGI aims to foster growth and revitalization in communities of faith.
In the past three years, over 25 churches, with congregations ranging from 300 to 2500 members, have successfully found new pastors through McGowan Search.
