To foster, promote, support and encourage healthcare of all types in McDuffie County, Georgia to include education for the general public, giving and granting loans, scholarships, or grants for improving the health and healthcare delivery in McDuffie County. Obtaining and retaining of physicians, nurses, healthcare professionals and other healthcare service providers and to engage in all related service in connection therewith.
