Our Story

The May Center for Learning was founded to support students with learning differences, providing a nurturing environment that emphasizes communication, collaboration, and community. What began as a small tutoring program for 12 students has now grown to impact over 250 students across New Mexico.

With a focus on empowering students through a strengths-based curriculum, the May Center has provided professional development to 17,000 teachers statewide, significantly improving literacy outcomes for all students.
