Founded in 1959, Massachusetts Citizens for Children, known as MassKids, is the oldest state-based child advocacy organization in the United States. With a mission to improve the lives of the state's most vulnerable children and youth, MassKids has been a leader in preventing child abuse and neglect for over six decades.

MassKids has trained over 1,200 leaders in schools and youth organizations, educated 12,000 school employees through its 'ENOUGH!' e-learning course, and engaged 1,632 citizens in its Pledge to Prevent™ campaign, showcasing a strong community commitment to child safety.
