The Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE) was founded in 1957 to bridge the gap between children in state foster care and families seeking to adopt. As one of the first five adoption exchanges in the country, MARE has a rich history of innovative programming that includes recruitment, matching, and referral services for adoptive parents.
