Our Story
The Mary Mother of God Mission Society, founded in 1992 by Fr. Myron Effing and Fr. Daniel Maurer, is dedicated to reviving the Roman Catholic Church in Eastern Russia. After the fall of the Soviet Union, this organization has successfully established or re-established 11 Catholic parishes, fostering spiritual growth and community support.
