Established in 1986 by Dr. Whitman Fraser in memory of his late wife, the Mary Lou Fraser Foundation for Families, Inc. aims to provide affordable, whole-person care in Liberty County, Georgia. The foundation has led to the creation of vital community services, including the Fraser Counseling Center and Helen’s Haven Children’s Advocacy Center.
The Fraser Center is dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of individuals and families in the Hinesville and Ft. Stewart areas through professional counseling and community education.
