Our Story

Founded by Bob and Barbara Zielinski, Marriage Management emerged from personal experience. After facing marital challenges following Bob's military service, they discovered the transformative power of marriage retreats. Their journey led them to train others, ultimately delivering marriage enrichment programs across U.S. military bases in Germany, where divorce rates soared. In 2006, inspired by a wounded veteran couple, they established Marriage Management, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting military and veteran marriages.

Impact

Marriage Management offers free marriage education classes tailored for military couples, effectively reducing divorce rates among participants by two-thirds. By addressing the unique stresses faced by military families, the organization equips couples with essential tools and support to foster healthy relationships.
