Our Story

The Mariachi Scholarship Foundation was established in 1996 by Bob Griego to enhance educational opportunities for Hispanic students through mariachi music. This initiative aims to strengthen the bond between students, their families, and schools, fostering a vibrant community through the arts.

Impact

Since its inception, the foundation has awarded over $500,000 in scholarships, benefiting more than 500 students in their pursuit of higher education. The MSF has significantly increased participation in mariachi music, creating lasting cultural connections among generations of Mexican-American families.
