Maranatha-Carlisle was founded in 2003 by Hugh and Joan Jones along with Dr. David Masland, who identified a pressing need for financial management support. After witnessing the struggles of individuals at Samaritan Fellowship, they established Maranatha-Carlisle in Pennsylvania to provide essential financial guidance and education.
