Our Story
Manheim Township Fire Rescue was established following a comprehensive presentation in November 2007, aimed at shaping the future of fire rescue services in the area. The initiative led to the formation of a 13-member Strategic Plan Steering Committee, which included representatives from local volunteer fire stations, community citizens, and township government. Over 18 months, the committee engaged the community through public meetings, ultimately adopting a strategic plan in August 2009 to guide the future of emergency services in Manheim Township.
