Man 2 Man Urban Youth Advocate is dedicated to breaking the cycle of Father Absence for families of color in the San Francisco Bay Area. By providing culturally relevant knowledge and support, this organization empowers young men and fathers to thrive through evidence-based programs.

Since 2016, Man 2 Man has positively impacted over 6,050 men and families, offering essential programs like the Conflict Management Series and Emotional Intelligence Course.
