Our Story

Mama Dragons is a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on creating LGBTQ+ affirming homes through comprehensive parent education. Since its inception in 2013, Mama Dragons has expanded from a small group of LDS mothers to a vibrant community supporting over 11,000 mothers from diverse backgrounds. The organization has successfully fostered more affirming environments for over 15,000 LGBTQ+ individuals, addressing the unique challenges of mental health, non-affirming religions, and cultural barriers.
