Our Story

The Maison Fortuné Orphanage Foundation was founded in 2000 by Lefort Jean-Louis, who saw the urgent needs of children in Haiti. Starting with just four children, the foundation has expanded to serve hundreds, providing essential education and support. The construction of a school and dormitories has allowed the foundation to cater to both residents and local children in the Hinche community.

Impact

With a remarkable achievement of 100% educational enrollment through 13th grade, the foundation also offers free meals to local children, significantly enhancing their access to education and nutrition.
