Our Story

Founded in the late 1950s by the South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church, Magnolia Manor was established to address the needs of the elderly. With a generous bequest of 392 acres from Kate Witte in 1947, Magnolia Manor opened its doors in 1963 and has since expanded to multiple locations, providing essential care and support to nearly 1,500 individuals.
