Our Story

Founded in the late 1950s by the South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church, Magnolia Manor began with a generous donation of 392 acres by Kate Witte in 1947. Opening its doors in 1963, Magnolia Manor has grown to serve nearly 1,500 individuals across multiple locations, providing essential care and support for the elderly.

For over 60 years, Magnolia Manor has dedicated itself to enhancing the lives of senior adults, ensuring that no resident has to leave due to financial constraints.
