Our Story

Founded in the late 1950s by the South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church, Magnolia Manor began with a vision to support the elderly. With a generous bequest of 392 acres from Kate Witte in 1947, Magnolia Manor opened its doors in 1963 and has since expanded to nine campuses across Georgia, serving nearly 1,500 individuals.

For over 60 years, Magnolia Manor has dedicated itself to enhancing the lives of senior adults, providing a nurturing environment that addresses their social, spiritual, mental, and physical needs.
