MAGIC, which stands for "Making a Great Investment in Children," was founded by Steve Grosso after he experienced the challenges of adoption. His journey to adopt his son from Russia opened his eyes to the plight of children waiting for families. Inspired by this, and with the support of Sharon Grosso, who has worked with special needs children, MAGIC was born as a grassroots initiative to support children and families in need.
