Our Story

For over twenty years, the Madison-Morgan Conservancy has been dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and historical significance of Morgan County, Georgia. Nestled in the heart of the Southeast’s largest metropolitan area, this organization has successfully protected critical resources and fostered a culture of conservation through the support of over 550 members and countless donors.

Impact

Thanks to these efforts, Morgan County now boasts more than 5,500 acres of permanently protected land, making significant strides in natural resource conservation, farmland protection, and historic preservation.
