Our Story

Incorporated in 1984, Lynn Shelter Association has dedicated itself to developing shelter programs, case-management services, and housing opportunities for homeless individuals and families throughout the North Shore of Boston. With a mission focused on care, compassion, and empowerment, LSA has been a beacon of hope for those experiencing homelessness for over 40 years.

Impact

Each year, LSA provides shelter and supportive services to more than 1,000 homeless individuals and families. The Adult Emergency Shelter offers 44 beds year-round, with additional spaces during the winter months to accommodate the increased need.
