Founded in 1982 by the First Presbyterian Church of Lynchburg, Lynchburg Daily Bread has evolved into an independent charitable organization dedicated to fighting hunger. Initially serving meals from Nichol's Tavern, the organization has expanded its services significantly, especially during the pandemic, to meet the growing needs of the community.
