Our Story
Lutheran Pastoral Counseling Ministry was founded in 1989 by four dedicated pastoral counselors aiming to offer trusted professional counseling that honors the religious beliefs of congregational members. The first counseling site was established at the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour in Mineola, New York.
Impact
Since its inception, LCC has played a crucial role in providing counseling for disaster victims, including those affected by the tragic events of 9/11 and Super Storm Sandy. Therapists are specially trained in disaster response and PTSD treatment.
